The Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) course is for ADULT trauma nurses and AHPs.

Programme Description
Unlike trauma courses targeted at prehospital or emergency care providers, TCAR and PCAR were explicitly designed for bedside professionals who care for injured adults or children in critical care, theatre, HDU, ward, and rehabilitation settings.
TCAR and PCAR gives inpatient staff members the essential knowledge and clinical reasoning skills to address NMTNG competencies and provide excellent care to this challenging patient population.
In addition to the live, interactive sessions, these special Hybrid Courses provide delegates 1-year access to Online Resources including:
- Professionally recorded video lectures with closed captioning and playback features
- Optional pre- and post-course knowledge checks to document learning progress
- An extensive, full-colour, electronic manual
- A bibliography containing over 2,300 references
- A 1,000+ word glossary of key trauma terms
- An Ask a Trauma Nurse link to pose questions and receive expert feedback
- Online course access for 1 year
- Optional 4-year TCAR/PCAR verification (Posttest required)

To Order Delegate Registrations:
- Send an e-mail to info@tcarprogrammes.org or call +1.800.800.2015 (3 PM to 1 AM GMT) containing your delegate count, which class location, and contact information.
- TCAR Education Programs (TEP) will generate and send, via e-mail, an invoice. Forward the invoice to your accounts payable department.
- Follow the directions provided by TEP to enter delegate information into your class roster dedicated to that class you selected.
- Current TEP client organisations will NOT be able to assign existing seats to these special hybrid classes.
